Delete your account
How to delete your DreamPrice account and what happens to your data. This page applies to the DreamPrice app for iPhone and Android and to dreamprice.am.
1. In the app
- Open the Profile tab.
- Open Account and tap Delete my account.
- Confirm. Your account and the data linked to it are erased at once, and you are signed out on every device.
2. On the website
- Sign in at dreamprice.am with the same Apple or Google account.
- Open Profile → Settings.
- Choose Delete account and data and confirm.
3. By email
If you can no longer sign in, write to [email protected] from the email address of your Apple or Google account with the subject "Delete my account". We confirm it is you by replying to that address, then delete the account within 30 days of your request.
4. What is deleted and what is kept
Deleted at once: your account, its link to Apple or Google, your name and email address, favorites, price alerts, buy lists and uploaded files, comparisons, collections, notification settings, device registrations and the activity linked to your account.
Kept:
- anonymous statistics that no longer identify you;
- server logs, for a short period, for security and troubleshooting;
- corrections to uploaded lists, for up to 90 days, without your account details;
- messages you sent us, as long as needed to handle them and keep a record, unless you ask us to delete them;
- copies in backups, which disappear as the backups expire.
Nothing else is kept unless the law requires it. The details are in our privacy policy.
